Who owns Total Fitness?
History. Total Fitness opened in 1993 after being established by Kwik Save founder Albert Gubay on the Isle of Man. It was sold to the private equity arm of Legal & General in December 2004 for £80 million (€120 million). In 2015, Total Fitness was bought by North Edge Capital.

Freezing Your Membership
You can freeze your membership from a minimum of one month to a maximum of three consecutive calendar months, once per membership year. Memberships can only be frozen for full calendar months.
What is the total fitness body scan?
Body measurements
The 3D scan takes thousands of images of your body in around 35 secs. Taking precise measurements of over 20 body parts. Each scan will measure the same place on your body, unlike using a tape measure, due to the mapping software.
