These 5 fitness exercise components are cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition.

There are a number of ways to perform exercise, but you should choose the way that includes all the components mentioned above. For cardiovascular fitness, the most excellent exercises are aerobic exercises. In other words, one can also consider that any exercise that is of low strength, but want a lot of oxygen for a protracted period. Characteristically, an aerobic action should end for at least 20 minutes. Of course there are many spare time activities that are pleasant and aerobic in nature. For example, jogging, swimming, cycling, and inline skating activities are best fitness exercises. Dancing and speed walking are also included in these spare time activities.
