In London, the YMCA introduced the fitness equipment in 1856, very first time in the history of fitness equipment. In 1965, Schwinn introduced the first exercise bike for the home exercises for fitness. Arthur Jones manufactured the pullover weight training machine to build the muscles of the torso in 1970. Many people of the world do hard jobs to make the different fitness equipment for body building and building of muscles. In 2004, Power Plate launched the whole body vibration machine in USA to build strength, lose weight and drain the lymphatic system of the body, and to get rid of cellulite.

Amusingly, the definition of physical fitness has been developed from being focused chiefly on athletic performance to contain the modern health-related aspects. The reason for this development is that, fitness or being fit can be conceptual, hence the reason for so many different meanings. For example, government health agencies and other organizations describe physical fitness in a different way although they do consent on certain aspects. To get some explanation on the fitness definition, you have to first know that the definition of physical fitness includes two separate parts. Including both parts composes the definition of physical fitness more exactly.
